Description: The Advanced Leadership Seminar attracts Maryland’s best and brightest young leaders interested in building upon their previous leadership experience. ALS challenges delegates to re-examine themselves as individuals and leaders through innovative workshops crafted according to their unique needs,individual goal setting and a culminating project focused on real-world application of leadership skills. Delegates will participate in workshops unlike any typical classroom experience and have a chance to build lasting relationships with fellow enthusiastic high school students and extensively trained staff members alike.

In 2011,delegates were challenged to revamp MLW’s marketing plan by performing competitive research,evaluating the unique advantages of MLW programs,and creating an effective and realistic strategy for the upcoming year.
