Programs

Maryland Leadership Workshops,Inc. conducts fun,dynamic programs where students learn by doing. MLW brings together accomplished student leaders and students with leadership potential from around the State of Maryland to network and develop the skills necessary to succeed in all facets of their lives.

Through peer-led teaching,a rigorous curriculum,experience-based learning,and other engaging techniques,MLW staff create an exciting,supportive environment where students are encouraged to be themselves and develop their leadership potential. MLW participants experience tremendous growth as they learn about themselves and others,and become inspired and motivated to achieve,succeed,and exercise leadership.

Maryland Leadership Workshops runs three core programs during the summer as well as numerous outreach programs throughout the year.

What We Teach

Most importantly,students have many opportunities to actually apply the skills they are learning through the various activities and projects they plan and implement at either our Core Programs or during one of our many Outreach Programs.
